A company can be public in the United States and still be invisible to the market.

Prescienti helps Foreign Private Issuers fix that. We're a boutique, senior-led capital markets and investor relations advisory firm for international companies on Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange — or on their way there. At every stage, our job is the same: make sure U.S. investors see what they're looking at.

The FPI Gap

Nearly a thousand foreign companies now report to the SEC. For most of them, the U.S. isn't a side market anymore — it's the market. By 2023, the majority of 20-F filers did almost all of their global trading on U.S. exchanges.

Here's the catch. The companies most dependent on U.S. investors tend to be the smallest — and small companies are the ones Wall Street watches least: six covering analysts for a typical small cap against thirty for a large one, and none at all for many companies under $1 billion.

So the problem is rarely your business. It's what the market knows about your business. And that — unlike the market — is something you can change.

What We Do

Three practices, one purpose: close the gap between what your company is and what the market thinks it is.

Investor Relations & Market Positioning. For listed issuers, we sharpen the U.S. equity story, identify the audiences that matter, and carry the narrative consistently across investor materials, management communications, and market engagement. The objective is a better-informed market assessment that can support broader recognition and a potential re-rating.

Capital Advisory & Market Readiness. We help boards evaluate capital needs and options, prepare for financing and diligence, and ready the company for U.S. market scrutiny. Where a company is listing or uplisting, we prepare the story, materials, management team, and professional bench. Regulated activity stays with licensed parties.

Embedded Leadership & Convening. When you need a senior executive, board member, or adviser for a defined stretch, we provide one. And we host the rooms — forums and roundtables — where issuers and experienced U.S. market professionals work through real problems together.

Why Prescienti

Because we do one thing, and we do it at partner level. We're not a volume IR vendor, and we are not a promotion shop. We're FPI specialists — partners who have built companies, licensed broker-dealers, branded household names, and sat in public-company boardrooms on both sides of the border. You get our judgment, our attention, and clear boundaries around regulated activity. That last part matters: it's why boards, counsel, and investors can take our clients' communications seriously.

Proof, Not Adjectives

We launched without named case studies — on purpose. Client confidentiality comes first. Besides, we'd rather show you evidence: the market data behind the FPI gap, scenarios drawn from situations we see every week, and the research on what actually moves visibility, liquidity, and valuation for internationally listed companies.

The FPI Gap, by the Numbers

A Note for Investors

If you hold shares in — or are researching — one of our clients, here's our role in plain terms. We help issuers communicate clearly and in compliance with U.S. securities laws. We don't recommend stocks, we don't sell securities, and nothing we publish is investment advice. What our involvement should mean to you is simple: better disclosure, not louder promotion.

For Investors

Tell us where you are. We'll tell you what we see.

Prepare the market to understand your business.
